Eligibility Criteria: To qualify for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
- It must be in the same condition as when you received it.
- It should be unworn or unused, with tags still attached.
- It must be in its original packaging.
- You must have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Initiating a Return: To start a return, please contact us at info@barbinabags.com. Once your return request is approved, you will receive a return shipping label and instructions on where to send your package. Please note that returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues: Please inspect your order upon receipt. If you notice any defects, damages, or receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately. We will assess the issue and take appropriate action to rectify it.

Exchanges: If you wish to exchange an item, the quickest way is to return the original item and place a separate order for the new one.
European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period: If your merchandise is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 7 days without justification. The same eligibility criteria apply as mentioned above.
Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status for your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to finalize the refund.
